For emergency after-hours maintenance:
Please call our after-hours maintenance service at (215) 923-3333 - Option 4

Speak slowly and clearly when leaving your name, unit number, street address, call back number, and the complete details regarding the emergency.

*A service charge will be assessed for unnecessary non-emergency calls as well as tenant lockouts.
